Appointments and changes
Cancellation policy
Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
1. General policy
We value your time and appreciate your business. When you book an appointment with Advanced Plumbing and Heating, we reserve a dedicated time slot specifically for you. Because our operations cover a wide service network, late cancellations significantly impact our daily routing and prevent us from assisting other clients effectively.
2. Cancellation notice period
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Providing ample notice allows us to reallocate the scheduled time to another customer in need of our services. You can notify us directly using the contact information below.
3. Late cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of £65. This fee is necessary to help cover the lost time and travel preparations made by our engineers.
4. No-shows
If our engineer arrives at your property at the scheduled time and cannot gain access, or you are not present, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will incur a standard call-out charge to cover the engineer’s travel expenses and time.
5. Emergency situations
We understand that true emergencies and unavoidable circumstances happen. If you must cancel at the last minute due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Management reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in these exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
